o Responsible for overseeing the business objectives and development through project management
o Salary up to 4,000,000 MMK plus other attractive benefits

About the Company
Our client is the fast-growing Real Estate Company in Mandalay offering high-end quality of products.

The Role
• lead the project team, establish the project execution plan, monitoring and resolving internal & external disputes
• Oversee completion of projects within expected timelines, budget, quality and safety SOPs, standards & regulations.
• Define & develop project plan, including scope, resources plan, financial plan, schedule & risk management plans
• Advise management on the impact of technical issues on productivity, quality & cost reduction initiatives
• Lead & co-ordinate the team from site based to office based
• Identify training needs for the project team members

Open To

Male/Female

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

• Master's degree in Business Administration, or any related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate & construction industry
• Advanced level Chinese is a must
