Prepare and issue RFQ out to Sub‐contractors for necessary installation scope in line with Project.

Management’s criteria and process evaluation for selection.

Prepare FP and P&S Installation Schedules, incorporate and /or coordinate Equipment Delivery and monitor and update following processes for Installation Schedule Update.

Prepare, review and issue out Tangible sets of Deliverable (such as RFI, Shop Drawings, Progress Claim, Transmittal) to Principal Contractor / Client.

Incorporate with other internal teams for project management support.

Cooperate, communicate and report effectively with Project Manager and other project participants.

Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirement and attempt them in the field.

Make sure change orders / change estimates are completed in timely manner.

Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel performance) and report project status regularly in‐line with management procedure.

Report to Client and General Contractors Project Progress and any mandatory submittal required.

Assign respective responsibilities and mentor project team as and when required.

Directly manage field labor force of assigned project and track MH and crew mix rates for each project (on demand).

Provide ‘LL’ and/ or any optimistic feedback which support project management procedures’

improvement and overall Company Business.

Project management and supervisory skills.

B.TECH, B.E (Electrical, Mechanical) with 2 years experiences as a project engineering or coordination or relevant field.

Advantages with Degree/Diploma in Project Management or Construction Management.

MS office Skill and Intermediate on English language skill are mandatories!
