An Excellent Opportunity for ...

1. Establish , report and follow up all on non-conformance activities
2. Enforce the relevant safety rules/regulation on site and execute them accordingly
3. Attend coordination meetings organized by clients and consultants , and solve the technical issues and any related matters
4. the master schedule and weekly micro schedule for the client meeting
5. Attend daily/ Weekly inspection and report the progress and delay of overall project
6. Take immediate actions to avoid any delays or circumstances that may arise from any cumulative effects
7. Assist in the planning and sequencing of the construction operations according to the project ( Might need to manage more than one site )
8. Conduct regular inspections and assess the work performance done by inhouse workers and subcontractors
9. Evaluate and resolve my discrepancies and problems arising during the construction
10. Coordinate on the handing over of the project and complete the necessary rectification works
11. Material proposal for ID and furniture work to the client
12. Drafting architectural drawing for ID work
13. Any other assigned tasks by manager

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

1. 3 years of relevant experience as site engineer
2. Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
3. Auto CAD and Sketch Up ( A Must )
4. Experience with Microsoft Office ( Word , Excel , MS Project )
5. Multi-tasking, self - motivated , energetic team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
6. Work well under pressure
7. Good command of written and spoken English
8. Site management and safety
9. English is a must and Chinese speaking will take the advantage.
