Job Description

• When projects are on site the candidate may be asked to perform a general supervisory role to ensure project drawings and plans are being Take lead in engineering tasks under the guidance of Technical Manager
• Assisting and eventually leading with projects planning on time Prepare and manage design packages, tender collation and submission
• Duties include working with equipment suppliers to prepare quotes and delivery schedules to meet project requirements.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Determines project schedule by monitoring project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.
• Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
• Build and maintain relationships with local government, similar engineering companies and equipment suppliers.
• Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and play and schedule changes; recommending actions.
• Other duties as assigned by Management Team

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Education/Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering – Electrical Power or Mechanical or Electronics
• English proficiency
• A minimum of 8+ years post qualification experience in a similar role
• Government relationship skill & project management skills
• Technical knowledge & skills prefer to have High Voltage & Medium Voltage related especially in substation construction

Special Skills

• Effective English speaking and writing skills, Reporting Skill
• Ability to communicate with others and especially in strong build excellent relationship in Main contractors and sub-contractor, stakeholder & related offices
• Ability to multi-task and engage multiple stakeholders at once
• Knowledge of HV & MV installation, Civil work process and procedure
• General knowledge of AutoCAD, all MS software packages such as MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point
• An understanding of OH&S requirements for building sites favourable
• High performance, independent and able to work under pressure, positive attitude and high attention to detail
• Good team-work player with sense responsibility
