- Maintain continual communications with all personnel assigned to the project
- Provide field engineering support as required to resolve technical and construction problems
- Monitors construction documentation and records for contract and program compliance
- Interacting with clients, interpreting their needs and requirements, and representing them in the field
- Responsible for schedule preparation, pre-planning and resource forecasting for engineering and other technical activities relating to the project
- Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications

- Ability to work effectively under the direction of Project Manager
- Ability to communicate effectively with the field staff and project leadership on relevant quality and safety procedures
