- Perform a key role in project planning, budgeting and identification of resources needed.
-Ensure that project activities move according to predetermined schedule.
- Communication effectively with the contractors responsible for completing various phases of the project.
-Monitor the progress of the project activities on a regular basis and hold regular status meetings with all the sub-teams.
-Periodic inspection of construction sites
-Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposal and plans; conferring with management.
-Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements; reviewing bids from contractor
-Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirement, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates
-Confirms product performance by designing and conducting tests.
-Determines project schedule by studying project elements.
-Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
-Control project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions
-Controls project costs by approving expenditures; administering contractor

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

- Minimum 5 year experience in related field
- ME / BE (civil)
- Able to used MS Project, MS Office, Email & Internet
- Must be used in Auto CAD
- Able to communicate effectively in English
- Strong Knowledge in Construction Management
