လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

- Age must be above 30 years old
- Must be ME or BE(Civil)degree holder
- At least 5-year experience in construction related field
- Strong experience in high-rise buildings
- Must have experience of managing all types of buildings
- Excellent communication skill
- Excellent problem solving skill and negotiation skill
- To perform work distribution for subordinate engineers, AE, JE according to their abilities.
