Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned projects.
Interact with the contractors to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.
Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status.
Assign responsibilities and mentor project team.
Analyze progress reports, maps, and other data to plan projects.
Cooperate and communicate effectively with respective department to complete projects in time.
Review deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.

MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Email etc.,.)
Familiarity with construction project management best practices and performance standards
Excellent project management and supervision skills
Decision making ability and leadership skills
Time management and organization skills
Age between (25 to 35)
English communication skills and presentation skills.
Ability to work tide pressure and time frame.
Civil engineering degree holder is more preferable
