• Ensure regular reporting and smooth cooperating with:
o Implementation partner MNO
o Implementation partner NGO
o Grant funding organization
o Stonestep regional and HQ management (Regional/Group CEOs, Country Manager etc.)
o Other key project stakeholders
• Oversee delivery against objectives of dedicated project staff
o Ensure the project team is successfully delivering on their objectives
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Be involved in and responsible for the delivery of specific project deliveries, such as
o Operations & IT integration with partners
o Supervising Stonestep’s project staff and partner’s agents on the ground
o Sales and marketing activities
o Product piloting
o New distribution channel development
• Basic financial management activities, including project budget reporting
o Prepare quarterly and annual project reports for donor funding agency

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's degree at an accredited college or university (required) in the field of Business Administration, International Development or Project Management (preferred). Additional study (e.g., MBA) in a related field is a big plus
• 7+ years of total working experience out of which 5+ years preferably management experience in the field of development programs or in business project management
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and understand staff and stakeholders in a multicultural context
• Strong attention to detail, with focus on stakeholder management
• Local market experience is crucial
• Excellent command of written and spoken English required.
• International experience is an advantage
