-Must be able to manage the entire project team.-Must be competent in the construction work and be capable of promoting the quality of the work and progress.-Good consultation and problem should be handled by relevant consulting departments.-Must be willing to carry out civil service development work.)-Project Team တစ္ခုလံုးအား စီမံအပ္ခ်ဴပ္ႏိုင္သည္႕ အရည္အခ်င္းရွိရမည္။-Structure work, Archi work(Finishing)ႏွင့္ M&E work လုပ္ငန္းမ်ားကိုလည္း ကၽြမ္းက်င္စြြာ လုပ္ကိုင္ရမည္။-တည္ေဆာက္ေရးလုပ္ငန္းမ်ားအား က်ြမ္းက်င္ပိုင္ႏိုင္ျပီး လုပ္ငန္းအရည္အေသြး ႏွင္႕ တိုးတက္မွုရွိေအာင္ေဆာင္ရႊက္ႏိုင္ရမည္။-သက္ဆ္ုင္ရာ consultant ဌာနဆိုင္ရာမ်ားႏ်ွင္႕ ေကာင္းမြန္ေသာတင္ျပေဆြးေႏြးညိွႏိွုင္းမွု၊အခက္အခဲမ်ားကို က်ြမ္းက်င္စြာ ေျဖရွင္းႏိုင္ရမည္။-ျမိဳ႕ျပေရးေပးေ၀ေရး တည္ေဆာက္ေရးလုပ္ငန္းမ်ားအား စိတ္အားထက္သန္စြာ ေဆာင္ရႊက္ႏိုင္ရမည္။

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း
.BE (Civil)/ME (Civil).-Must be between (38 to 50)years of age.-Must be Over 5 Years In PM Field..At Least (Over 15 Years experience in related Field)..Experience with Excel,Word,Power Point and similar Programs.English General 4 Skills.Must Know Site Planning and Scheduling.Very good Organizational and management Skills.Strong Communication Skills.Can Travel depends on Situation
