- Interact with internal Department to co-ordinate project development requirement & criteria.
- Review project milestone & master schedule. Expand master schedule as required.
- Conduct Client and Consultant meeting.
- Coordinate design matters. Study and scrutinize design drawings. Study design details, pros & cons of design options, constraints / limitations / builderability for potential value engineering.
- Coordinate and monitor submission of document to Authorities. ie, building plan & construction permit etc.
- Monitor and track Authorities application for Power, Water, Tel, drainage etc.
- Set up internal reporting system and procedures.
- Organize tenders process and strategies. Monitoring procurement planning & strategies.
- Tender evaluations, reports and recommendation.
- Contract administration.
- Monitor Contractors / Sub-contractors meetings.
- Manage design changes and cost implication.
- Monitor progress and quality at various stage / phase of the project. Produce periodic progress report to the Development Committee.
- QA / QC plans and implementation. On-site / Off-site inspection and testing.
- Monitor project cost at various stage / phase of the project.
- Action plans for delay and overrun.
- Witness testing & commissioning and performance verification.
- Prepare project completion document for BCC inspection.
- Prepare handover document, as-built / Operation & Maintenance Manual.
- Handover inspection, consolidate Defect List and follow-up action.

- Bachelor’s degree in Architect or Engineering or Project Management or equivalent.
- 10 years of relevant experience with project management, off which at least one project on hospital.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project or equivalent software, Microsoft Office suite of software – Excel/Work, AutoCAD etc.
