• Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations
• Develop project execution strategies, plans, scope, goals and deliverables
• Prepare, review contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors
• Chair the Contractor progress meetings in order to track the progress and pre-solve the issues might encounter in future
• Project evaluations and assessment of results
• Lead and manage project design and supervision team
• Manage project changes, budgets, qualities and timelines
• Key client contact for project(s)

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in project management and construction
• Previous projects should include high rise, mix-used development and industrial projects
• Solid experience dealing with local authorities
• Possess Project Management and Construction Management experience with Developer, Consultant, Government Agencies, Contractor and/or Industrial
• Understand local building codes and authorities' requirements
• Good communication and presentation skills. Able to speak and write English fluently
• Independent and able to interface with Client/ Consultants/ Government Agencies / Contractors / Sub-Contractors / Suppliers
• Knowledge in Programming & Scheduling, Risk Management, Environment Health and Safety Plan and ISO documentation
