* Estimate , Budget Control , and total cost of completion and completion settlement .* Invitation to supplier to hold a tender briefing session .* Opening bid and choose the appropriate bid or tender , Signing contracts .(Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements)* Communicate and coordinate with the supplier .* Planning to obtain permits and licenses from relative authority .License applications such as construction license , water and electricity configuration map submission , fire equipment planning ,etc.* Market Survey and Market price consultation and analysis .

* College Degree .* At Least 10 years of working experience in similar position .* Responsible for overall management of a project / site & workers in the filed of engineering supervision .* Myanmar overseas chinese , prefer chinese speaking .* Able to communicate with English Language .* Solid knowledge of Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Email, project software etc)
