Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
Oversee all onsite and offsite construction to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
Project Planning, Schedule and monitoring
Site Management and Supervision
Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists
Select subcontractors and schedule and coordinate their activities
Material ordering and controlling, Quality Control

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

B.E, M.E (Civil) Degree Holder
can use Atuo card 3D (or) Sketch up
5 years above experience as Project Manager and must have totally 15 years above experience
Being able to solve difficulties in innovative ways and handle the construction related problems well
Must be able to manage and supervise the project to finish within the timeframe
Must be able to live in Project Site during the project period
