* Safety control, quality control, schedule control, environment control and budget control under instruction of Senior Project Manager.
* Must have experience in controlling and managing over 10 story residential project.
* Have to draw sketch drawing, shop drawing well.
* Have to plan and make schedule for suppliers and sub-contractors.
* Must handle overall schedule and budget control.
* Must arrange the inspection and solve all issues.
* Must communicate in English well in work place.
* Must manage and handle all cases under instruction of senior project manager.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

* B.Tech/B.E/M.E (Civil)
* Must have over 5 years experience as Project Manager in construction field. (From 5 to 10 years experience)
* Can communicate in English well.
* Must have experience in controlling budget.
* Must have experience who control and manage factory project, more than 4 million USD building and over 10 story residential project at Yangon as chief/senior engineer or project manager.
* Must have license as Engineer in Myanmar.
* Must have experience in working as PM in Myanmar (We do not want any oversee experience)
* Able to use word and excel.
* Must have can do attitude.
