An Exciting Opportunity for ...

• Act as a Project Manager to oversee the works of Structure/Archi/Interior Decoration and M&E efficiently.
• Plan, schedule or coordinate construction project activities to meet deadlines and take action for the revised schedules.
• Confer with professional designers and sub-contractors to discuss the site progress and resolve the matters from start to end of the project.
• Responsible to assess quotations comparison in terms of cost/quality between the suppliers of sub-contractors.
• Monitor and make inspections upon the sub-contractors’ performance through drawings/standard codes.
• Check and monitor the report (daily/weekly/monthly and testing) as well as method of statement and comments upon if needed.
• Responsible to take actions for discussing with designers and clients.
• Submit to Operation Director the summary of project progress as required.

• Strong knowledge in completion all due diligence material related to development projects.
• Strong knowledge of structure and interior design
• Project Management Principles
• Auto CAD (2D), Sketch up , Revit, Microsoft Project
• Strong leadership skills
• Communication & Coordination
• Problem Solving
• Teamwork
• Reporting
• English 4 Skill
• Furniture and decoration background is preferable.
• Bachelor degree with more than 5 years experiences in managing projects
