Job Description
• Oversees project plan, monitoring and adapting a project as required to maintain construction schedule
• Creates project plan and maintains project objectives
• Monitors production and quality to customers and general manager
• Identifies and resolves issues and risks to the project
• Reports on project progress to the general manager, offers viable solutions and opportunities as they arise
• Lead meetings and set expectations for project team
• Maintain budgets and create forecasts in conjunction with the general manager
• Review and adjust the contract with relevant organization

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Education/Experience
• Bachelors’ degree required; Engineering, Construction, Technical preferred
• 8+ years’ experience in a similar role; project management
• Project management certification preferred
• Experience in planning risk management and cost control
• Willing to travel to project sites within Myanmar on a regular basis

Special Skills
• Knowledge of P&L Budgets and cost tracking
• Proven decision-making and leadership capabilities
• Aptitude and methodology for conflict resolution
• Analytical and strong organization skills with good verbal and written ability in English
• Proficiency with related software tools including but not limited to MS Excel, MS project etc.
• Contract negotiation with suppliers and contractors
• Critical thinking and problem solving
• Flexible approach to work and can-do attitude
• Working ability in English both spoken
