• With oversight, collects, analyzes and documents requirements from process owners
• Learns to effectively contract with customer, design a process workshop based on customer requirements and objectives, and disseminate information to affected parties

• Bachelor degree or diploma in management information systems, computer science or related fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Project Management.
• Minimum 3 years of experiences with .NET framework using C# or VB for windows or web development
• Minimum 3 years of experiences with RDBMS and Querying Language (SQL preferably)
• Minimum 2 years of experiences in Crystal Report and Reporting/Migration tools
• Ability to perform basic analysis and design based on business requirements
• Ability to understand ERP systems and design/develop applications which integrate with other systems, platforms, and external services
• Ability to partners with business areas and other team members to resolve business application needs and problems
• Capable of taking client meetings and meeting SLA and support review
• Promotes strong quality practices by performing unit testing and providing appropriate level of support for user acceptance testing, as needed
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with strong interpersonal/communication skills
• Results and deadline driven - must be willing to do whatever it takes to meet deadlines
• Experiences in macro or scripting languages and related technologies (Node.js, jQuery, VBA etc.) is preferred
• Experiences in RESTful API development and system integration is preferred
• Excellency in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools
