  5. Be able to negotiate the requirements of the customers of company and owners who live in villa.
  6. Be able to manage property management team.
  7. Other ad-hoc duties that related with property management services.

  1. Age between 30 ~ 50 years
  2. Only preferred applicants who had experiences in security operation in government association.
  3. Be able to use computer (Microsoft Office)
  4. Be able to travel and work in Kalaw.
  5. Excellent communication and negotiate skill
  6. Excellent in ethical behavior.
  7. Excellent Security Operation Administration skill and knowledge.
