• Responsible for ensuring the equipment functions efficiently and all procedures work correctly.
• Check and monitor the operating sequences for unusual noise and movements
• Operate the machine and observe during operation
• Check and examine the finished products, record production yield, monitor to meet required specifications of vehicle product and regular check on accuracy, reliability of weighing machine, etc.
• Devise procedures to inspect and report quality issues
• Monitor all operations that affect quality
• Supervise and guide inspectors, technicians and other staff
• Assure the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output
• Appraise customers’ requirements and make sure they are satisfied
• Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data
• Review current standards and policies
• Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation
• Ensure all legal standards are met
• Communicate with external quality assurance officers during production inspections

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

• Bachelor's Degree / Management / Operations or other related fields Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 15 years of experience in QA/QC
• 5+ years’ experience in a key management role at automotive production /manufacturing
• Experience to work at vehicle manufacture factory are more prefer.
• Very good command of English spoken and written
• Strong computer skills including the ability to prepare spreadsheets and use Microsoft Office
• Quality experiences have some of (prefer to person having PFMEA, (Quality Function Deployment (QFD), PPAP(Production Part Approval Process), COQ (Cost of Quality) or 6-Sigma certification (disciplined, statistical-based, data-driven approach and continuous improvement methodology for eliminating defects in a product, process or service),
