1. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for business social networking system features and functionalities.
2. Conduct thorough testing of the platform across various devices, browsers, and operating systems to ensure compatibility and usability.
3. Identify, document, and track software defects and issues using designated bug tracking tools.
4. Collaborate with the development team to prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve reported issues in a timely manner.
5. Perform regression testing to verify that software fixes and enhancements do not adversely affect existing functionality.
6. Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the overall user experience and functionality of the business social networking system.
7. Stay updated on industry best practices, trends, and technologies related to quality assurance and testing methodologies.
 

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Proven experience (3 years) working as a Quality Control Specialist, Quality Assurance Engineer, or similar role in software development.
3. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.
4. Experience with manual testing of web-based applications and mobile applications.
5. Proficiency in using bug tracking and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Bugzilla).
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
7. Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
8. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines is a plus.
9. Experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium) is desirable but not required.
