  • estimate the whole project and the cost of the different materials needed for the project
  • prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
  • track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget of tender projects accordingly.
  • procure or agree the services of contractors who work on the construction of the project.
  • measure and value the work done on site.
  • liaise with client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers.

  • B.E (Civil)
  • must have 2 years experiences in estimating of the housing project
  • must have the ability to learn how to use specialist software
  • must have the ability to work in a team
  • able to work under pressure
  • able to travel any locations
  • able to work nontypical office hours
  • able to work at the office and able to go out on-site often.
