Proficiency in English, and Burmese;
Proficiency in Chinese will be considered a strong advantage.
Relevant experience in quantity surveying or cost controlSkilled in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying software (e.g., MS Project, CostX, or similar)Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and teamwork spiritBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
