  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for interior decoration and construction projects.
  • Analyze project drawings, specifications, and designs to calculate material and labor costs.
  • Monitor project budgets and suggest cost-effective solutions.
  • Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain the best prices and terms
  • Managing project budgets, including forecasting and monitoring costs
  • Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and another document.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • B.E (Civil)
  • Can be used Auto CAD (2D, 3D)
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in interior decoration, or construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, material costs, and tendering processes.
  • Strong numerical and analytical abilities for budgeting and forecasting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for liaising with clients, contractors, and team members.
  • Ability to negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships effectively.
