Main functions will be: i) To prepare BoQ for each scope of works.
ii) To assist Contract Manager on conducting tender exercises, construction contract/ materials procurement contract preparation and award.
iii) To prepare interim progress claim and materials on site claim & delivery.
iv) To monitor construction cost and provide monthly report to management.
v) To prepare final account settlement with sub-contractors.
The person must be good in communication, and should be reasonably competent in spoken and written English. Willing to travel within Myanmar as and when required.

The candidate must have degree in Quantity Surveying, and well versed with construction cost and procurement methodology in Myanmar.
The person is preferably around 28 – 35 years old, with at least six (6) years of experience in building industry.
Ideally, the person must have prior working experience in Quantity Surveyor Consultant OR Main Building Contractor.
The person shall be reporting to Contract & Planning Manager
To involve in drawing design development and responsible for building construction cost.
