• Daily checking trial plot results and follow up to farmer to get right results
• Research data knowledge sharing to salesman & marketing dept monthly
• Join the research, sale & and marketing department meeting
• To in charge trial field testimonial videos making
• Test the existing & new products can be suitable for Myanmar weather or not
• Submit the documents to government on time and data accuracy during registration state
• Revise existing products product information in pamphlet based on trial result
• Translate new product information to Myanmar language
• Instruct & guide the salesman for demo plots doing well
• Suggest report to sales team which one is good area for Gromaxx products based on results

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

- B.Agr & Must have about 2-year experience in related field
- Can work with a team and under pressure
- Must have negotiation skill and good communication skill
- Conceptual thinking and Data Analysis
- Basic English (4 skill)
- MS Office applications (Visio, Excel, Words and PowerPoint)
