- Searching the customer who wants to rent or to buy the property
- Calling the company and store for customer sales
- Customer follow up
- Contract with customer by introducing and guidance

(2) Property
- Visiting various townships of Yangon to survey property
- To take the photos and data of the collected property
- To Look for the property that matches with customers' wish
