-Do daily safety and quality checks & prepare refueller for into plane service. Conduct into plane refueling service in a safe and timely manner and according to aviation procedures that meets customer and authority expectations.

At start of shift:
-Complete a Daily Check List as per the aviation operations and quality manual. Update the check list.
-Complete a Pre-start Checklist for the vehicles as per aviation standards. Update the check list.
-Check with the supervisor, for receiving & refueling instructions.

-If defects are found, fill-in a Defects Report and hand the report to Supervisor. If defects are a safety risk, request for urgent repairs.
-All equipment must be operated in a safe condition.

-Prepare tanks, pipelines, valves and vehicles at start of shift to ensure all materials, products and equipment are available to do the daily job responsibilities.

-Receive deliveries into storage enter and monitor storage tanks according to aviation operations and quality procedures. Fill fuel into tankers/refuellers arriving at the Terminal, in a fast and safe manner. Seal trucks if required.

-Fill in all documentation required for filling trucks, verifying with the driver the product (s) loaded as well as the volume(s) of the same.
-Stock accountability - Keep proper records of any volume transferred in or out of a truck.

-Provide refueling into plane service in a safe manner and in accordance with aviation operations and quality standards.
-Complete all paperwork including Delivery Tickets correctly.
Maintain all records of receipts and sales.

-Always follow safety, security & quality procedures as stipulated by the airport authority/operator and as well as
-Global Aviation Operations procedures and Quality procedures.

-Maintain a clean work area at all times.
-Maintain a clean vehicle at all times.
-Conduct other Company job duties as assigned by Supervisor.

-Participate in all training courses scheduled by the manager as well as in all contingency emergency drills.
-Comply with any other task entrusted by the Superintendent within the operations of the Terminal.

- Comply with company requirements and systems relating to SAPS, HSEC & -Quality and other company policies.
-Perform others tasks that may be assigned by the immediate Supervisor or manager from time to time.

Experience:
 Undergraduate University degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent (general education with extended
experience level),
 Minimum 2 years of experience in handling of fuel.

Skills:
 Safety standards.
 Basic knowledge of mechanics.
 Basic Level English.
 Basic knowledge of MS Office
 Aviation product knowledge
 Dangerous Goods knowledge
