- The Regional Maintenance Manager ensures that all Solar Plants for Mandalay Yoma operate without any technical issues.
- The Manager ensures that timely preventative & reactive maintenance of Solar Plants is carried out.
- The RMM also ensures that costs of maintenance and spare parts are maintained within specified limits set by the National Maintenance Manager.

-Experience in Managing Telecom Equipment
-Understanding of Solar Panels, Solar Inverters & Diesel Generators
-Experience in understanding Electricity Meters
-Ability to manage teams and labor for sites
-Ability to travel to remote rural villages
