In this role the candidate will be responsible to lead research and consulting projects and ensure successful completion. Work will typically include designing research tools, conducting research and interviews, conducting analysis and writing reports. We are looking for motivated individual(s) who meet following criteria:

• Design different research methodologies
• Conduct primary and secondary research using different research tools
• Lead interviews with different stakeholders
• Conduct analysis based on qualitative and quantitative data
• Oversee the work of the team - Analysts and Junior Analysts
• Prepare reports for delivery to the client
• Facilitate and collaborate with clients
• Ensure efficient and effective use of resources allocated for the projects
• Monitor the progress and tailor strategies to fit project needs
• Coordinate with freelancers if outsourcing is needed
• Travel across the country for carrying out research projects

• University degree ideally in a business-related subject
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Native Burmese speaker
• Knowledge about the Myanmar economy and how institutions work
• Can work independently or as a team
• Leadership skills
• Good social skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Good client facilitation skills
• Good business writing and report writing skills
• A strong team player
• Can work under time pressure
• Experience in writing reports and preparing PowerPoint presentations in English
• Readiness to travel within Myanmar for research projects
