လုပ္ေဆာင္ရမည့္တာ၀န္မ်ား

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

o To attend meetings with (potential) clients as required and provide support to the department Head and Management for project development and research activities; presentation of reports;

o To produce draft and final survey materials and training materials (including questionnaires, discussion guides, training manuals, etc.) and produce or supervise translations in a timely manner;

o To produce or supervise the translation of questionnaires within agreed schedule;

o Conduct project briefings as required and in accordance with MSR and client specifications;

o Conduct training of data collection teams and monitor data collection progress to ensure that fieldwork procedures (sampling, quality control etc.) are carried out as required and in a timely manner;

o Act as point of liaison between MSR field teams, data processing and quality control staff and the department Head and Management and provide regular updates on project progress and ensure that project results are achieved and schedules are met;

o Analyze research results, do related tabulation and produce summary, top-line and draft reports in powerpoint format,

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

o BA/BSc from an accredited university / Master degree in Business or Marketing preferred
o Strong interest in market research – especially in quantitative research, data
o Fluency in both English and Myanmar with excellent analytical skills
o Must be able to work with Excel, Powerpoint, Word
o Willingness to take responsibility and leadership
o Good Communication and Organization skills
o Familiarity with consumer goods / life styles in Myanmar market
o Ability to engage and work with people from all walks of life
o Willingness to travel
o Enthusiasm to work as part of an international team
o Has some work experience in Marketing/Strategic Planning/Market Research (for those, who apply for Research Executive Position)
