•Works directly with business unit heads to understand research needs, developing surveys where appropriate and delivering research reports that can be used for strategic planning and operational improvements.
•Builds, tests, and reviews surveys, ensuring that they contain valid measures and analyzable data.
•Exhibits excellent presentation and communication skills, particularly in communicating complex research findings to non-technical audiences.
•Design and execute market research projects, market size and share, and opportunity analysis projects and develop capabilities for ongoing insight sharing
•Play the Center of Excellence role for research and insights, helping cross-functionally on the front-end to ensure first- and third-party research is optimally designed, and on the back-end to ensure that it’s fully synthesized, consolidated and leveraged.
•Translate results and findings into actionable and easy to consume insights for both executives and execution teams
•Be an evangelist in the company for the power of data-driven decision-making.
