We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Reservation Executive (Travels and Tours) to help us build up our business activities.
The goal is to meet and surpass the company’s expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

• Processes reservations by email, telephone, or central reservation systems referral.
• Help with accommodation queries
• Creates and maintains reservation records
• Ensure our website content is correct by working with our partner hotels
• Actively seek out new hotel partner through cold calling, networking, and social media
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Collaborate with team to achieve better results
• Create or maintain relationships with new, existing and potential clients
• Performs other duties as assigned.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

• Previous experience as a Reservation Executive for at least 2 years
• Energetic and work efficiently and enthusiastically
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
• Fast learner and passion for sales
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
• Any Graduate
• Proficiency in written and spoken English preferred
