  1. Attendance and join at weekly F & B meeting and Department Head meeting
  2. Daily check to Food Court selling menu
  3. To assist in menu planning and pricing
  4. Make sure that older items are consumed first to avoid the ingredients expiration and/or waste as the case may be
  5. Carry out maintenance on all restaurant equipment and records
  6. Manage and oversee all storage supplies for the restaurant

  1. To know well about flow of service standard and implement it in operation
  2. At least 1-year experience in related field
  3. Good at MS (word, excel, power point)
  4. Analysis, Customer Service and selling skill, Detail Job Handling.
  5. Standard Training Modules for Staff level
  6. Need to understand all restaurant section operation
