Position Purpose
 The objective of the position is to provide, to implement and to continuously improve Enterprise Risk Management procedures and mitigation methodologies of organization.
Key responsibilities
 Develop, implement, and evaluate risk management concepts, standards and procedure.
 Analyst and assess all risks of new projects/new activities and propose action to mitigate those risks.
 Management of safety & security awarding to guideline team & procedures.
 Establish and integrate system and structure of compliance management into risk unit.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

 Bachelor university degree in any filed but, preferably in accounting, economic and business administration.
 Strong knowledge of operational risk policies, governance frameworks and policies, risk assessment and control methodologies.
 Three years work experiences in financial inclusion sector and /or development
 Excellent English skills in writing and speaking.
 Must to provide a clean criminal background and reference check
