Able to clean and set up Show room, Occupied room, reservation room and vacant room properly. Check the unlock room.
Record the time In / Out for the unit cleaning and fill up the daily amenities used report form properly.
Set up the guest linen and amenities in the pantry properly.
Handle the guest complaint/request and inform to the supervisor/HK coordinator.
Handle the guest request according to the assignment.
