§ Ensure that all Health & Safety policies, procedures, rules and regulations are adhered to and are regularly reviewed, updated and communicated

§ Co-ordinate the development of health & safety policies, systems of work and procedures.

§ To inspect and give recommendations to staff to comply with the legal on occupational safety, health and environment

§ To inspect and assess the operation of the workplace to comply with the work plan and project ,or occupational safety measures

§ To assess the risks in the area of occupational safety

§ Observe the staff to ensure that they are wearing the required personal protective equipment and following DHL and sites safety policies

§ Random vehicle and process related to transport safety

§ Review the OSCP audit

§ Be part of subcontractor compliance audit

§ To analyze and investigate the causes of accidents, illness or annoyance resulting from working of the employees, and make a report of the investigation, together with suggesting resolution, promptly to the employer

§ To compile statistical data, analyze, make a report and to give recommendations on accident, illness or annoyance caused by working of the employees


§ Identify the training needs

§ Develop the appropriate training programs and deliver training to employees

§ Perform safety induction training for new comers

§ Perform periodical training program as per planned by manager.

§ Manage the safety training record

§ Create site safety plan and roadmap.

§ Raise and update the progress to manager

§ Support and advise the related function to ensure the DHL transport safety standard compliance

§ Support subcontractor compliance management

§ Update the compliance score to manager

§ Review the safety standards, and implementing plans to meet those standards

§ Follow all record-keeping requirements

§ Record the accident report / statistic with the evidence of action taken

§ Drug and alcohol test record

§ Near miss and BBS record at site level

§ Safety training record

§ Manage LOGICS as in the required scope

§ Adhere to all OMS routines

§ Participate in the Monthly Safety Committee meeting

§ Support the operation as per proper request.

§ Participate for the site meeting to share safety performance and related matters.

§ Advise and support to the internal customers

§ Liaise and resolve the internal customer’s safety related issues.

§ Initiate the program to solve safety issue to support customer.

§ EOS and communication framework are achieved

§ OMS methodology is implemented.

- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Minimum 3 year experience in related field
- Computer literate
- English proficiency
