Job Overview:

We are looking for candidates who have a strong interest in pursuing a career in Sales Administration. You will be responsible for managing quotations and invoices as well as providing actionable customer-related data to relevant stakeholders in achieving the company’s business goals. In this role, you will have to work in an international environment and communicate with customers across multiple regions, so communication skills and capability for attention to detail will be required.

Job Description:

• Preparing sales quotes and invoices for existing customers

• Collecting data on new deal wons and losses for further analysis

• Maintain an accurate database of customer and prospect information

• Support the sales team with process improvement, measurement, tracking, and analytics

• Track and analyze key metrics including pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and target attainment

• Assist with content for executive presentations and board reporting

• Support to customers and outside sales representatives

• Stay up-to-date with new products and features

• Decent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese (N4 and above)

• Decent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and timely follow-up is key

• Experience and interest in data management

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills

• Passion to learn new technologies and interest in IT business

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure

• Experience in industry software such as Freshsales, Zoho or similar platforms will be a plus

• Knowledge about web business is a plus
