As a Sales and Marketing Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales and marketing efforts, helping us drive growth and achieve our business goals. • Collaborate with the sales and marketing Manager or Managing Director to assist in the execution of various sales and marketing initiatives.
• Aid in the creation, editing, and distribution of engaging marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content
• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Manage and update customer databases and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events for the sales and marketing teams.
• Provide exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure client satisfaction.
• Assist in the development and implementation of creative marketing campaigns to promote our products/services.
• Analyze sales and marketing data, generate insightful reports, and contribute to strategic decision-making.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and cohesive branding across all channels.
• Support social media management and online marketing efforts, contributing to our digital presence.

• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
• 2-3 years experiences in Sales industry (or in related field)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software and tools.
• Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A proactive mindset, with the ability to take initiative and work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of market research and data analysis.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus.
• Ability to speak, write and speak in English is a must.
