An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Leverage marketing strategy to initiate, develop, and grow relationships with new and returning guests
Develop and conduct persuasive verbal sales presentations to prospective clients
Continually research and build pipeline with new prospect data
Consistently hit event revenue targets and achieve a minimal acceptable level of performance
Produce strong and effective package proposals for prospective clients
Use customer-centric, well-written and tailored communication
Adhere to the pricing strategy as set out by Senior Management
Keep clear, accurate records of progress with a sales list and pipeline
Foster positive customer relationships and internal relationships to ensure we deliver quality and value to our customers
Provide adequate after sales service to customers to ensure goals are met
Coordinate closely with the finance team to ensure customer payments are obtained within agreed schedules
Provide KPI reports for update meetings with Senior Management

Relevant sales and marketing experience and background.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
Results focused and self-driven to continually push the limits.
Good communication skills in English and negoitation skills.
Must have a high level of professionalism, honesty, integrity and in excellent work ethics.
A team player who rallies through the hard times and celebrates the wins.
