-Reach out to prospects and qualify them by asking questions that focus on customer needs, and identify the decision making progress
-Responsible for developing leads, gathering names, phone numbers, emails and data.
-Once a deal is closed, new customers are passed on to this team, They're focused on account management and keeping customers happy, increasing lifetime value. They also have to upsell the customer to higher products and plans.
-Will working with Sales Director to sell unique products in the multiple channels.
-Will need to deal with F&B Managers, Procurement Officers of HORECA channels.
-Presenting, Negotiations Up-selling and Customer Service.
