'- To focus on IT solution services in Myanmar including Indirect & Direct Sales in assigned territories
- Focus to implement strategic Partners & Relationships
- Identify, recommend and develop sales channel partners
- Generate new leads and hence growing the sales funnel
- Develop and implement sales action plans so that the Processing sales team achieves its orders, sales and margin targets as set out in the company’s ongoing quarterly financial projections.
- Lead and manage sales strategy formulation and execution for key sales channel partners, key accounts and major projects; tender submissions and management.
- Function as direct sales person to meet sales revenue
- Know local customers & maintain primary contact for feedback on needs, expectations, wants and demand and provide feedback internally (region/ global)
- Communicate and collaborate with the system sales teams as well as the operations/ service execution teams to maximize share of wallet as well as profitability
- Work with management to develop growth strategies for the business, including but not limited to making recommendations for new product developments, new applications developments, and potential alliances with technology and channel partners.
- Meet management reporting requirements including the preparation of sales/financial reports, and the gathering and dissemination of market intelligence pertaining to customer and competitor activities in the region

- Have at least 2 years experience
- Had done 2 contract (value > 50K USD)
- Generate leads within area of responsibility and continuously develop, such as: Banking, Teleco
- Commercially evaluate business opportunities, identify & develop new market opportunities through initiatives and astute application of FPT Solution Services
- Improve profitability
- Establish and build long lasting customer relationships
- Build and develop partners, key accounts and target accounts
- Prepare technical/commercial proposals and tenders for customers
- Conduct regular information sessions or Technical Presentations with the assistance of the Technical team
- Achieve all sales projections and targets
