  • To manage business branch to achieve all business KPIs
  • To achieve branch sales target to improve branch profitability by improving promotion effectiveness and carefully   manage   branch   spending.
  • Understand customer needs and want offer solutions and support
  • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
  • Own recruiting objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • To ensure product distribution is matching with the market
  • To developed   “   Route Plan “   together with Sales Team
  • To monitor daily credit collection status & to ensure efficiency
  • Negotiation between Wholesale, Sub wholesale on order taking, order size , delivery , credit limit & term
  • To lead branch to grow a performing team and identify and develop key talents
  • Brief (Short meeting with all team members in weekly)

  • Any Graduated or bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years plus exp in similar role in FMCG & Beverages Field
  • Excellent in computer skills (work , excel & PowerPoint)
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Experience in customer relationship management.
  • Experience managing and directing a sales team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Dedication to providing great customer service.
  • Ability to lead a sales team.
  • Willing to travel
  • Holder of Valid Driving License
