  • Sales Manager and Sales Consultant position at an international school in Yangon.
  • Prior experience required 
  • This position requires contacting people in other schools, colleges, tuition centers, etc. to promote international school
  • Make marketing and business development plans and carry them out in an organized manner
  • Must enjoy the process of contacting new people and developing a relationship to promote school
  • Develop contacts and relationships with other feeder schools, teachers, and influences nationwide to promote our programs. Set up a referral system 
  • Local travel to visit schools and businesses is required. A few times a year travel outside of Yangon with the team is required 
  • Work on the lead generated from marketing campaigns and closed sales. 
  • Document the leads generated and follow up on the leads to make sales.
  • Experience in social media marketing -to make targeted ads and follow-up 
  • Must be well organized and able to work independently and result oriented

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
  • Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
  • Strong communication skills and IT fluency.

  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Skills in sales, communication, negotiation, marketing, data analysis and project management.
