  • Is responsible for collecting daily orders from Messages and Comments on Facebook 
  • Is responsible for collecting daily orders from calls
  • Packing and fulfilling daily orders 
  • Inspect quality of new goods arrived and keeping record of defects
  • Responsible for shipping orders and keeping track of the status of the orders
  • Communicating with delivery companies to ensure the goods are picked up and shipped on time.
  • Double checking the payments when orders are fulfilled
  • Monitoring inventory when overstocked or in need of stock based on daily demand

  • Understands how to use Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Facebook, Google Drive, Viber
  • Must be good at Burmese and fair English skill
  • Must be empathetic when dealing with customers

  • Accounting skills necessary when double checking the payments when orders are fulfilled
