To ensure the safety and security of the hotel, guest, staffs and properties of hotel by compiling to security control procedures.
Reporting Lines
- Recommend to Security Manager way to enchance and improve the performance of Security team while maintaing the hotel policies and procedures.
Internally
-Do not give any sort of information regarding the securing area.
-Attempt to hotel any intruders for police and this can be done without jeopardizing your safety.
- Maintaing regular informative communication between the security department and management of the hotel.
Externally
- Security personnel must ensure for visitors to surrender their ID cards prior to the entry of permises and to issue visitor pass. Visitors can exchange their ID cards when they finish their work.
