The Senior Accountant will be responsible for the following duties:

1. Monitor and review daily sales and purchase transactions.
2. Provide technical guidance and supervision to accountants at respective offices.
3. Assist in the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for accounting functions.
4. Manage all accounting transactions, including reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable.
5. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and reporting requirements.
6. Oversee inventory accounting, including accurate stock recording, valuation, and reconciliation.
7. Collaborate with managers, branch-in-charge and relevant staff as needed.
8. Manage cash inflows and outflows, including payments and receivables.
9. Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
10. Generate and submit accurate final accounting reports to the Chief Accountant.
11. Perform any other duties as assigned by the organization.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field from a recognized university or LCCI Level III certification or a related bachelor’s degree with strong accounting experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance and accounting roles.
• Proven experience with ERP software, particularly Odoo.
• Proficient in accounting software, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet applications.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
