Financial Management & Planning

• Oversee overall company financial operations and ensure the effective implementation of accounting policies.

• Develop and monitor annual budgets and financial forecasts.

• Provide management with strategic financial analysis and business decision support.

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Consolidate and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Conduct cost and profitability analysis, and provide recommendations for improvement.

• Prepare management reports and variance analysis for decision-making.

Taxation & Compliance

• Supervise and review all tax filings to ensure compliance with Myanmar tax regulations.

• Plan and implement effective tax management and compliance strategies.

• Liaise with auditors, tax offices, and other relevant authorities.

Internal Control & Financial System Management

• Establish and enhance internal financial control systems and procedures.

• Guide and supervise junior accountants to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.

• Review and approve financial documentation and payment requests.

Cash Flow & Funding Management

• Monitor company cash flow and prepare regular cash flow forecasts.

• Support fund allocation and ensure adequate liquidity for operations.

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, including 2+ years in senior/supervisory roles.
3. Must possess LCCI Level 3 and ACCA (Fundamental Level F1–F3) certification.
4. Strong understanding of accounting standards and taxation system.
5. Excellent analytical, planning, and leadership skills.
6. Proficient in Excel and accounting systems
7. Good command of English
8. Required to travel domestic or oversea. approximately once every two months, for about 5 days per domestic trip. Travel destinations may include factories, suppliers, or branch offices.
