Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements and other financial reports.
Support financial decision-making information by collecting, analyzing, investigating and reporting financial data for the projects on time for monthly/ quarterly/ annually.
Show the differences in details between the budget and actual by project.
Check requisitions (Payable/ Receivable) for designated company/ projects and keep records in software accordingly.
Monitor cash flow by project or company.
Follow up MIC applications for imported materials and equipment.
Responsibilities also include analyzing trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments and obligations incurred to predict future revenues and expenses.
Reports organization's finances to management and offers suggestions about resource utilization, tax strategies. Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within a particular field. Direct report to Executive Director.
