Job Summary :


• Accountant ဆီမွတက္လာေသာ General Ledger ႏွင္႔ Cash Flow ကိုအေသးစိတ္ျပန္စီစစ္ေပးျပီး Chief Accountant သို႔ေပးပို႔ရန္။
• Cash Book ႏွင္႔ General Ledger မွတဆင္႔ Trial Balance,Profit & Loss ႏွင္႔ Balance Sheet စေသာ (Financial Report) အထိ Chief Accountant ၏ညႊန္ၾကားခ်က္အတိုင္း လစဥ္ေ၇းဆြဲေပးရန္။
• လစဥ္ ေငြလက္က်န္၊ ဘဏ္လက္က်န္မ်ားအားလံုးကို စာရင္းကိုက္/မကိုက္ ျပန္စစ္ေပးရန္။
• လုပ္ငန္း၏ ပံုေသပိုင္ပစၥည္း (Fixed Asset)မ်ားအားေခါင္းစဥ္ခြဲျပီး Registered စာရင္းျပဳစုရန္။
• ရရန္ရွိ (Receivable) ႏွင္႔ ေပးရန္ရွိ (Payable)စာရင္းမ်ားအားလံုးကို Confirm လုပ္ျပီး Chief Accountant သို႔သီးျခားစုစည္းေပးရန္။
• လုပ္ငန္းမွၾကိဳတင္ထုတ္ေငြ (Advance) မ်ားအားသတ္မွတ္ထားေသာရက္အတြင္း စာရင္းျပန္ရွင္း/မရွင္းစစ္ေဆးရန္။
• ေန႔စဥ္အေရာင္း(သို႔)၀င္ေငြစာရင္းမ်ား၊ Cost of Sale မ်ားအားလစဥ္စစ္ေဆးျပီးစာရင္းသြင္းရန္။
• Closing Stock လက္က်န္မ်ားအား ေျမျပင္စာရင္း(Ground Balance)ႏွင္႔ ကိုက္ညီမွဳရွိ/မရွိလစဥ္
• စစ္ေဆးျပီး စာရင္းသြင္းရန္။
• ကုန္၀ယ္အေၾကြးမ်ားရွိပါက ေပးေခ်ရမည္႔ရက္စြဲႏွင္႔ ၊ အရစ္က်ေပးေခ်မွဳမ်ိဳးျဖစ္ပါက သတ္မွတ္ကာလ
ႏွင္႔သတ္မွတ္ထားေသာ ပမာဏမ်ားမွန္/မမွန္ ၾကည္႔ျပီးစာရင္းသြင္းရန္။
• Accountant ႏွင္႔ Junior Accountant မ်ာအား Supervision ျပဳလုပ္ျပီး၊ Chief Accountant အား
Supporting ျပဳလုပ္ေပးရန္။

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

-ဘြဲ႔တခုခုရရွိျပီး ၊ B.Com (or) LCCI Level-(III)

-စာရင္းႏွင္႔ ပတ္သက္ေသာ လုပ္ငန္းအေတြ႔အၾကံဳအနည္းဆံုး(5) ႏွစ္ရွိရမည္

-စီးပြားေရးႏွင္႔ပတ္သတ္ေသာအျခား Diploma တခုခု ရရွိထားလ်င္ပိုအဆင္ေျပပါသည္။(ဥပမာ IFRS)

–Microsoft Word/Excel က်ြမ္းက်င္ရမည္။

-Accounting Software တခုခုက်ြမ္းက်င္စြာ အသံုးျပဳႏိုင္ရမည္။

-Advance Excel ပါသံုးႏိုင္လ်င္ပိုအဆင္ေျပသည္။
